1. Our Services

Sawa Immigration Consulting provides Canadian immigration consulting services delivered by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Our services include, but are not limited to, consultation, application preparation, and representation for immigration pathways such as study permits, work permits, visitor visas, Express Entry, and Provincial Nominee Programs.

2. No Legal Advice

The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Immigration laws and regulations are subject to change. We recommend scheduling a consultation with our RCIC for advice specific to your situation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to engage our services or use our website. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Client Obligations

As a client or prospective client, you agree to:

• •Notify us promptly of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your application
• •Review all documents prepared on your behalf before submission
• •Understand that misrepresentation to immigration authorities may result in serious consequences, including application refusal, bans, or removal orders

5. Fees and Payment

Consulting fees are outlined in the Retainer Agreement signed prior to engagement. Government filing fees are separate from our consulting fees and are payable directly to the relevant authority. Fees paid for services rendered are generally non-refundable except as specified in the Retainer Agreement.

6. No Guarantee of Outcome

Immigration decisions are made solely by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and other relevant government bodies. Sawa Immigration Consulting does not and cannot guarantee approval of any application. We commit to providing competent, professional, and diligent representation, but outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sawa Immigration Consulting and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sawa Immigration Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
